Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if necessary
  • 1 5.4 ounce container Stonyfield Organic Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
  • 5.4 ounces milk (I used skim, use what you love)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • ¼ cup walnuts


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and ginger. Just use the yogurt container to measure the milk. Once it is well combined, cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, at least eight hours.
  2. When ready to eat, stir in the apple, divide the oatmeal into portions and top with walnuts. Serve immediately.
