I went to private school for most of my educational career and wore those awful shapeless, poorly made plaid skirts that only look cute on TV shows.
Wearing uniforms was actually awesome. I didn’t have to wake up in the morning and wonder about what to wear; that was a huge stress relief and time saver. Yay for five more minutes of sleep.
After being out of high school nearly a decade (please don’t ask me how that happened), I sometimes venture back into the plaid world, in a way more fashionable way out of my own free will.
This plaid blouse is super easy to wear and pairs with so many things. It is really fun to tie it instead of tucking it in for a fresh look. And the pop of red from the purse brings the outfit together by bringing out the red in the blouse.
Do you wear plaid?

I don’t have any plaid but I really like it and your blouse is super cute!! In fact, that’s a great looking outfit and the purse does pop it nicely!! I may just have to buy a plaid shirt this fall……

Cute look. I used to wear plaid in the fall and winter when we lived in New England but now that we are in Florida it just doesn’t seem to go with our warm weather.

Super jealous you live in warm weather! I think plaid is good for all climates if it is in the right fabric and silhouette.
