- 5 ½ cups Boo Berry Cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ stick unsalted butter
Instructions
- Line a 9 by 13 inch pan with parchment, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, place marshmallows and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir very well to promote melting. An additional 15-30 seconds may be necessary to be sure the mixture is fully melted. Once melted, add the cereal and stir until it is fully coated in marshmallow goo.
- Working quickly because the mixture gets stickier and harder to work with by the second, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer using your hands or the back of a spoon. Allow to cool for about 2 hours to set. Cut into bars and serve. Bars may be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
