Cappuccino Overnight Oats #SundaySupper

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free if necessary)
  • ½ cup brewed coffee, cold
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


  1. In a medium bowl stir together oats, coffee, milk, syrup, and vanilla until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, divide into two bowls and add an additional ¼ – ½ cup coconut or almond milk to each bowl. Top with fruit and/or nuts and serve immediately.


Additional chilling time is necessary
