One of the coolest things I have noticed about the Orlando area is the plethora of parks. Even on a day I just want to get out, but I don’t have any real plans, I can just grab a coffee or ice cream (there are so many good ice cream places around!), and come across a park without even trying.
They are all different. Some are big, some small. Some hidden gems, others packed with people. They might have wildlife, gardens, water features, and artwork. I see people taking walks, jogs, or having picnics.
This happened to be Lake Rowena Park where I saw a turtle, fish, mockingbirds fending off crows, picnics, and beautiful scenery with a bridge over the lake and huge, old trees with moss on them. It was so peaceful and picturesque. I absolutely loved it!
I also loved my outfit. No, it’s not quite practical, but I wanted to wear it, and my takeaway from life, especially now, is that if you want to wear something, just freaking wear it.
The casual black and white striped top paired well with the over the top feather accented skirt, and the classic bag and shoes rounded out the look.
I haven’t spoken much about Saint Laurent Tribute sandals in awhile, and that’s a bummer because they are great. Comfortable, classy, and sturdy. Well, I did have the shank on an old pair break, but they do get a lot of use as my go to shoes when I get indecisive.
I think my smile is my favorite part about this outfit. I was so happy to be out and about in nature and checking out the fabulous soft serve at Café Maiko for the first time. Spoiler alert: it was not my last visit.

I like that about you….”normal” conventions do not stop you from doing what you want and that’s a really good thing! Looks fun and flirty. Glad you found another great park. Just lovely!
