It’s been a minute since I posted but I am back with a fashion post inspired by the Red era from Taylor Swift. I think the Red era was the first where I really, really became a fan. I remember thinking about going to the tour that year and deciding not to because I was too nervous. Whether I go to the Eras tour is yet to be decided, but that’s okay for now because whether it rains in Tampa in mid April is also yet to be decided.
I took these photos on a simple outing to the mall and really felt they embodied the fun, youthful spirit of Red. This dress is one of my favorite easy, breezy dresses to wear for simple outings because it’s comfortable but really makes a statement with the color. I paired it with metallic accessories, including a purse I borrowed from Mom.
I leaned on one of the lyrics from Red the song for the title and inspiration for the other photos in this post. One of my favorite things about blogging and Instagramming is that I can look back at old posts and remember different things I did and recipes I made. It’s funny that sometimes I can recapture the feelings of those moment just by looking at some photos.
The colors of all the outfits in this post coordinate with all the colors mentioned in the chorus of the song: blue, dark grey/black, and of course red. It was fun to pull some pictures out from my past as well as share some new ones.

That’s a great look on you! Fun, easy, flirty fits the bill here. Hope you get tickets to Taylor’s concert if you decide you want to go. Good Luck.
