This dress has been in my closet forever, and I still enjoy wearing it now and then. It’s a classic dress with such a wonderful flair from the hand painted flower. Since I don’t wear black much, I like that this dress has a unique vibe that elevates it and makes it cheerier.
I broke it out for a night out at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort inside Universal. I had never been there before, and there is still so much more to explore since I saw little more than the tiny lake and corridor of ballrooms. So many ballrooms.
This is because I was there for Wine Quest. I won’t go into too many details here, save to say it was a blast, since I wrote about it on Tasty Chomps. I want you to read my article over there 🙂
I focus mostly on the food and drink on Tasty Chomps, so this is such a good opportunity to chat more about my outfit with that dress, a pop of pink from my bag to tie into the dress, and comfortable and classic sandals, which was a great decision since I was on my feet all night long.
It was such a fun night, and I can’t wait to wear the dress again or head to next year’s Wine Quest.

What a beautiful dress and you could really see how wonderful the painted flower was when you flared it out! Gorgeous! And a very nice event and your article for Tasty was very well done.

Thank you so much! I definitely tried to showcase the flower, but sometimes it is hard to photograph. I’m glad it showed up 🙂
