I love a pattern. I’m not sure that’s something I would have said in the past, but now, whether it’s stars or floral or snowflakes or gingerbread ninjas I’m always up for a pattern.
When Shinesty approached me about checking out a couple of their items, I poked around their website and jumped at the chance. If you browse through their dresses, they have so many fun patterns, especially for the holidays. Because the holidays can be a time of stress and sadness, I absolutely love the fun, festive vibes these dresses.
But they are still nice, cute dresses, just with that little something extra, like gingerbread ninjas. That’s right, those are sure to get someone talking at a holiday party. Also I feel like I need to make some gingerbread ninja cookies!
The snowflake dress doesn’t need a lot of accessories with it’s color scheme and wrap style. It’s perfect for just about any holiday activity. I did add a belt and jacket to the gingerbread ninja dress because it’s a different, simpler style and the accessories enhanced it.
That’s an important fashion lesson I’m always working on … sometimes you need accessories, sometimes you don’t.
