The moment I moved to Orlando, I began following Tasty Chomps, created by Ricky Ly, as well as one of its main contributors, Tiffany Nguyen. It was such a good way to get acquainted with the Orlando food scene and find fun events to attend. I still love seeing their posts pretty much every single day.
I was lucky enough to meet Tiffany and her mom at the Science of Wine event at the Orlando Science Center. We chatted for quite awhile, and I was so happy to finally have connected with such nice people. Tiffany asked if I would be interested in being a part of the Tasty Chomps team, and I told her that was basically my dream.
And that’s so true. I always wanted to be a bigger part of the foodie scene in Detroit, but I could never find a way in. It was often frustrating and disappointing, but already in Orlando I have found this wonderful opportunity that allows me to be a part of a community of fellow foodies. And that is just so exciting 😀
Last Saturday I attended Feeding Ukraine at the Rosen Shingle Creek and I wrote about it for Tasty Chomps! I would love if you would go read all about it! It was such a fun event (one of my favorites of all-time) and it was for such a good cause.
I got all dressed up for the event with my new Anouki dress and my new Prada re-bag. I felt like an absolute princess, and I was basically on cloud nine all night long. Thank you to Tasty Chomps for this wonderful opportunity! I will let you all know when more of my posts are up!
