Ladies, you all know we love wearing black. It’s easy to wear, universally flattering, and works no matter the occasion.
But it can get boring, wearing the same color over and over again. However, this look is anything but boring.
The classic black blouse is a great foil for my fun flared polka dotted skirt, the only color in the whole outfit.
Patent leather shoes and bag add a needed shine and polish to the look that keeps our old favorite black feeling fresh, modern, and even summery.
Oh, and check out those peonies – the real star of this post. The blooms are so bountiful they can’t even hold themselves up. Too bad they only bloom for a week or two each summer.
