Are you a fan of a white Christmas? It’s probably no surprise that I will happily take the sunny, snow free one we are about to have.
In fact, knock on wood, we have had very little snow this December. Instead we are currently experiencing above average temperatures and even an occasional day of sunshine.
And when it’s sunny and above average in Michigan in December, you shed your coat and break hibernation. It’s just what we do.
The city of Birmingham goes all out for Christmas with lights and trees. It’s beautiful at night, but there is something about it during the day with the sunlight shining through the giant tree.
This isn’t a holiday look per se, but plaid always says holidays and winter to me, so I paired it with one of my favorite easy to wear dresses and some fancy shoes since I was meeting a friend for lunch.
