- 3 large peaches
- ½ cup basil leaves
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup St. Germain
- 2/3 cup bourbon
- 1 cup sparkling water, chilled (I used Lime Bubly and it was fab!)
- Cut two of the peaches into large chunks and place in a medium bowl. Cut the other peach into wedges and set aside. Set aside some of the prettiest basil leaves and place the rest in the bowl. Pour the orange juice, St. Germain, and bourbon into the bowl.
- Using a spoon or fork or if you have a muddler, smash the mixture in the bowl until the basil is fragrant and the peaches are in small peaches and releasing their juice. Spoon into glasses or mugs and top with sparkling water. Garnish with peach wedges and reserved basil. Serve immediately.
