I am a different person in summer than winter. I love life and I take every moment possible to have fun and let loose a little, which lately has included going out both weekend days. Yep, I’ve gotten all wild and crazy.
A few weeks ago, my parents and I headed to Clarkston for a casual day out. Okay, casual for me.
After a quick bite to eat at Honcho and some cold brew, we walked around. Honcho’s patio is amazing. And though we didn’t love all the food, the guacamole was absolutely fantastic. It was the perfect way to try the restaurant and the vibe there was fun and funky.
It was a beautiful day, the birds were singing, and the flowers were in bloom. Just one of those perfect moments you want to remember forever.
I broke out a purple summer dress because life is all about living in bright, vibrant colors for me. And I paired it with some sparkly crystal encrusted sandals. Did you know it’s totally a trend to wear strappy sandals all the time? That’s a trend I can get behind. Every day deserves some sparkle.
I can’t wait to explore more areas this summer and break out all my dresses and sparkly sandals. Have to live it up before the nice weather is gone.
