I have a little tie dye in my casual, loungewear wardrobe and barely any in my going-out wardrobe. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love the fun, festive, eye catching vibes of it.
These are basically the two pieces of tie dye in said going out wardrobe. You’ve seen the dress around these parts several times before. I absolutely positively looooooove it. It’s comfortable and casual enough to wear anywhere but fancy enough for a more formal occasion. I wear it so much Mom had to sew the strap back onto the dress.
This day I paired it with silver makeup and accessories and grabbed some gelato. Like tie dye, gelato is always a good decision.
The other outfit is a relatively new top that I have only worn once or maybe twice, because to be honest, sometimes when I go to put it on, I forget how to wrap and tie it. This top is essentially a really long scarf with some strings hanging off of it. So yeah, sometimes my brain stops working.
When I can put it together, it’s such a bright vibe that I can’t get enough of. While I could totally see dressing it up more, this denim skirt is another favorite of mine that works with nearly any top. With more bright colors, it was impossible to be in a bad mood in this outfit.
That’s a really good reason to add some more tie dye to my closet; it just puts me in a good mood. I hope it does the same for you.
