I have a confession to make. I didn’t love this dress when I first bought it. Maybe it didn’t fit quite right, maybe it just felt a little too mature for me, but I didn’t love it.
It was expensive, so I felt guilty and wore it quite a bit. Somewhere in there, I fell in love with it.
The great thing about it is that it is a little warmer than the average dress. It has short sleeves and it long and made of a heavy fabric. On those chilly but not cold nights, it’s just perfect.
The fabric is gorgeous with a metallic purple vibe that is always changing colors slightly.
I realized what the dress needed was to be modernized a bit with a half up half down hair do. That one simple change fixed everything.
This classic dress is a staple in my closet and I love that I can show it to you surrounded by the amazing nature I have been surrounded by this spring.

I love this dress….the color is amazing and the style looks fabulous on you! Yes, I think changing your hair did aid to the sophistication of the dress. Terrific. I think I do love certain jewelry the more I wear it….
